Meet Our Team

Daniel Williams

Meet our owner, Daniel Williams. Daniel does it all. He’s our estimator, receptionist, HR rep, billing coordinator, and, most importantly, our resident Master Plumber. He has a heart for service and values building relationships among those his business and community above all else. A native of Trion, Georgia, Daniel initially pursued a career in law enforcement and public service, through which he served northwest Georgia for over a decade.

In 2011 he moved into the private sector, where he worked with various Chattanooga-area plumbing companies as operations manager before launching his own business, Williams Plumbing Services, in 2024. When he’s (very rarely) not working, he enjoys deer hunting and spending time with friends. Although Daniel is no longer a police officer or firefighter, he is still a dedicated public servant at heart, and he strives each day to enrich his community through transparency, reliability, and a lot of hard work.

Mikey Broome

With over 12 years of experience, Mikey is our most senior technician. He decided to pursue a plumbing career in order to better support his family, and we are grateful each day for the knowledge and experience he brings to our team. As a Rinnai-certified technician, he specializes in tankless water heater installation, maintenance and repair, though he enjoys a wide range of plumbing tasks. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him fishing, or cooking up something good for family and friends on his smoker. His favorite piece of advice that someone has shared with him? “Always be open to learning new things, because you never know it all.”

Riley Broome

Upon graduating high school in 2023, Riley decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and give plumbing a try. Since then, he has found he has a natural gift for the trade, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team! While Riley most enjoys installing tankless water heaters, he values the knowledge and experience gained through all types of plumbing work. He intends to continue developing his skillset and is considering various certifications to help advance his career. In his free time, Riley enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He would advise others interested in pursuing a plumbing career to take the time to learn how to do things the right way, not just the easy way.

Chris Knabb

With nearly a decade of experience, Chris is one of our most seasoned technicians. Prior to coming on board with Williams, he worked for other plumbing companies in the Chattanooga area, where he has developed a reputation among coworkers and customers alike as someone who takes pride in his work and is dedicated to delivering top-quality service. If he had to choose, he would say his favorite things to work on are remodels and re-pipes. Not only is he passionate about the plumbing trade itself, he also has a deep appreciation of vintage plumbing fixtures. His favorite piece of advice that someone has shared with him? “Never compromise.”

Josh Epling

As someone who grew up with several plumbers in his family, Josh had always been interested in learning the trade. He began working part time as a plumber while still in high school, and decided to pursue his plumbing career on a full time basis when he graduated in 2021. Now, at age 22, he has already acquired his Limited Licensed Plumber (LLP) certification and worked as an independent contractor before coming on board at Williams in January, 2025. Josh enjoys working on water lines—from minor repairs, to full re-pipes. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors. His advice to someone starting their career as a plumber? “Don’t just learn how to do something, learn why you’re doing it.”

Max Law

Max is our newest technician, and we are thrilled to have him on board! With over five years of experience, Max is an accomplished plumber and is looking forward to further developing and refining his skillset at Williams Plumbing. He is recognized by coworkers and customers alike as someone who goes the extra mile and takes pride in a job well done. When he’s not at work, he enjoys playing soccer or disc golf with his wife, or spending time with their dog and two cats. He strives to live by the principle of treating others the way he would want to be treated, and he would advise aspiring plumbers to ask questions, put in serious effort, and always double check their work. Welcome, Max!
